Lasers , Orbiting, and Ammunition

Gunners now orbit the player to make them a bit harder to hit.
Ammo added. Each gun now has a certain ammo cost. Pistol (default): 1, Machine Gun: 0 (Still needs at least 1 to be usable), Shotgun: 2, Laser: 3. Ammo will spawn when you are under 5 ammo. Will give 1 - 10 ammo on collection.
Laser upgrade added: blue color, costs 3 ammo per shot. You can charge the shot. As of now, charging for anything less than 5 seconds doesn't do anything to the damage output. Instant kills anything in the path of the laser. Tanks will not be killed and will block the path of the laser unless fully charged for 5 seconds.
